You're new to exercise - this sounds normal to me. I kinda like a little soreness (not pain - that's bad), but I only get it when I really push myself because my body is so used to working out. Just stick with it and the soreness will fade in time. Just give yourself time to rest in between workouts. I love a good soak in Epsom Salts for muscle soreness. The magnesium in the epsom salts is absorbed through the skin and helps with inflammation and aches. It works like a charm for me. :flowerforyou:0
