Cheap low cal breakfast sammich

Only 174 calories!!! Use (1) Brownberry round whole grain sandwich thin, (1) small egg fried in olive oil spray with a little red pepper & garlic salt, and (1) slice of Great Value Turkey Breast lunchmeat. NO CHEESE! Delicious and half the calories of a fast food sammich! Also filling. Calories low enought to add some fruit to your morning.
