I just started the 30 day shred two nights ago and omg I cannot even tell you how much I'm hurting right now. I've worked with a couple personal trainers in the past and I've never hurt like this after a work out. It seems to me obvious that the program is supposed to be done in 30 days of doing it every day but I'm having a real hard time convincing myself to turn it on and do it again. I do still want to do a work out but I was thinking a much gentler Leslie Sansone walk with kick boxing moves. So... is it okay to take a night or two off and then go back? Maybe two nights of 30ds and two nights off? Or should I really push myself to do the program for 30 days?

Yes. Enjoy your night off.
I took several days off while doing the shred and had great results. Go for a walk or do some yoga if you'd like.

Nice to know she says to take a day or two off! lol. I actually think I may feel up to doing it tomorrow. Legs are doing a little better today. I did the Leslie video instead and still was quite a good work out so I feel good about that0
