Grrr... Help!

2 years ago I weighed in at 325 pounds. Today I weigh in at 163. Talk about drastic lifestyle changes. Significant doesn't even begin to cover it. In October, my husband and I met with a preconception Dr to discuss the possibility of us getting pregnant. I had some pretty severe complications with my last pregnancy that resulted in my daughter joining us at 26 weeks gestation. The Dr had very few misgivings about us being able to attempt to carry to full term... YEAH! So now I'm almost 17 weeks pregnant. Here's the glitch... I'm not gaining weight. I tried to explain to the Dr that my mind doesn't think GAIN... It's programmed to think LOSE. I've been on a constant weight journey since middle school. It took me over a year to "retrain" my brain to eat the way I eat now. I need your tips and suggestions. They've moved me to every two week appointments until I can show a consistent weight gain. HELP!
