Hi im looking at starting to have a mass gainer shake to help me maintain my weight. Ive lost 210lbs and i am currently having to eat between 3500 and 4500 cals a day just to maintain now as you can imagine thats quite a bit of food to eat as i dont eat any rubbish and try to eat as clean as possible.
I do use nutrisport 90+ protein and have 3 scoops a day but im thinking of trying a mass gainer so im not eating as much food.
So whats the best one out there? there are so many to choose from and i want one thats not got loads of crap in it either. Any advice is much appreciated.

Eat more calorie dense foods. Try adding oats and PB to your protein shakes for example. Whole milk, etc.
Can you reduce activity to lower your expenditure?0 -

What SS said... I avg. 3600-4000 calories a day and have no problems hitting that... Calorie dense foods are the key..... Peanut butter, Nuts, Milk,, etc...One of my Protein shakes made with 1% Chocolate Milk and adding a couple tablespoons of Peanut butter runs around 800 calories and my morning breakfast runs 1200 so I am at 2000 before I even get through a meal and a snack..... Best of Luck......0 -
Cheers for the advice ive already ordered some instant oats to add to my protein shakes, hopefully get that by the middle of next week and i use PB but not in my shakes so will look at that to. I also have nuts every day, almonds walnuts and brazil nuts.
Never thought of adding whole milk and il look at that also i normally use water for my shakes.
I can eat the calories during the day, its just im having like 7 or 8 meals a day and some of them are 2 plates full and it takes some eating lol
I could try and lower my activity but i love my exercise now ive lost all the weight its awesome.
Again thanks for the advice0 -

Milk+oats+PB (maybe even a banana too) to a shake will add 400-500 cals very easily. If you're taking 2-3 per day that should take care of the problem by itself I bet. I bet it tastes awesome too.0 -

Cheers for that il give it a go when i get the stuff through the post. I also ordered a 1kg tub of peanut butter made with only peanuts and nothing else added and some soy protein and pea protein powder to try, only ordered those as they are half price at myprotein. I best they taste awful but will be better with this combo you have suggested.0
