I just got home from an interview at a McDonalds about a mile from here. Interview went well, getting over there didn't. I'm thinking it was the cold air that did it because in the summer that same bike ride doesn't set my asthma off like that. Gotta love spring... my asthma and allergies both go nuts.

Yes! Exercise in the cold air can trigger an ashtma attack.
