Hi everyone,
I have several friends also looking to lose weight and be healthier, and we would like to start our own personal biggest loser challenge. I've heard of people having these in workplaces/other groups as a friendly competition to motivate people.
I'm not really sure where to begin, and looking for ideas/suggestions, if anyone has experience running one or being part of one. How to calculate weight loss, tracking anything besides weight loss, rewards for the winner, ect
any help would be appreciated!

We have one in work at the moment, we each pay £1 a week to weigh in and the person who loses the highest percentage of weight wins the cash after 3 months, we then start all over again.0
