Hello from Texas everyone! Just starting using myfitnesspal this week and, so far, I really love it...except for the part where I know exactly what I'm eating and how little I can have. But at least I can update my diary instead of snacking sometimes and every little bit helps.

Funny, I do the same thing! If I'm entering my food on the computer, at least I'm out of the kitchen and away from the food!
Welcome though! I've been doing this for almost a month and have lost 4lbs to my delight! I wish you the same success or better!
