My mini accomplishment

So went to the gym yesterday and it was my 1 month aniversery so they re did all my measurments....i am down 6lbs and 7 inches whoo hoo...too me it doesnt sound like alot but i am still happy about it regardless!

Congrats on the weight and inches loss! If you feel good now, just wait to see how you feel if you keep on doing what you're doing to get healthier! I like your idea of mini-goals, too. Think I'll set some too....
