This is a new thing for me, recording my goals, accomplishments and failures about my weight online. I'm so ashamed of how I look, I Won't post a pic of myself on my facebook page. Hopefully, with the support and success I might see here, someday I will.
For now, however, I am glad to be starting this journey and look forward to learning more about better eating and exercize that I can incorporate into my family's daily activities as well.

You've come to the right place - if you stick to MFP and writing down all that you are eating and drinking then that is a great start. Also, there is a great MFP community so if you ever need advice or have a question, just look in the forum archives or ask! Good luck:)0
