Best Time For Exercise!!!!

Question: When is the best time of day to go walking/jogging/running/exercising?

Is it in the early morning, (anywhere from 2:00 am-7:00 am)? Is it mid-morning, (7:01 am-12:00 pm)? Is it the afternoon, (12:01 pm-5:00 pm)? The evening, (5:01 pm-9:00 pm)? Or late evening, (9:01 pm - 12:00 am)?

I'd like to know. What is everyone's opinion?
