Hi, I am Refocusing and getting back on track.

I started about18 months ago and lost 80 pounds, then I kind of lost my way around the holiday time and put back on 5 pounds. I still work out 4 times a week (Zumba and walking), but my eating habits for after work and dinner could be much better. I had a friend recommend MFP and has really enjoyed using it and it sounded really easy to use. I like how easy it is to track my food for the day. I am also looking to add friends on here for inspiration and encouragement. :smile:

    Congrats on your weightloss! :D and MFP is an amazing place to encourage you to lose weight and dont worry we all have these days when we're not on track so dont worry :D Good luck !

    I'm so glad you're here, I think this will really help you out! There are some amazing losses on here and when I get blah, I just go check out the befores/afters in the message boards and it keeps me focused!
