How do you post a diary?

Noticed some members have diaries on their profile. very cool. How do I do that? Can't see an option on my page...thanks!

    go to food then settings then go to how you want your diary set I set mine for friends to view only

    okay gotcha. so diary is your food, and blog would be more of a journal about your feeling etc.? I get it now..
