    my success story hopefully with photos

    hi all

    i just thought id share with you my weight loss journey and have hopefully added some photos too

    this is me at the beginning of my journey about 22 stone

    this is me in the august of 2011 i thought i looked nice in this dress at the time, the next week i joined slimming world and weighed in at 15 st 2 lb

    and these photos are me now since december 27th 2012 i have lost the last 18 lbs with my fitness pal and have loved every minute

    and this is me on the 18th feb 2013 weighing 10 st 12 lb

    i started at a size 32 (in red dress ) and im now a size 12/14 if i can do it anyone can do it believe in yourself

      Thank you all, I was having trouble seeing what size I am now as my mind tells me I'm still big but after seeing these I can certainly see the difference

      You took great! I feel the same way you do...I still feel huge even though I've lost weight. I wonder if its even possible to feel thin after being heavy for most of my life?

      Wow, You look wonderful. I hope to someday join you in the success of the final finish. I'm not sure what a stone is? Did you count calories or what? I have a long journey ahead of me. I was doing weight watchers,but I seem to get no where. I know sticking to it is the answer. I'm going to try the calorie method,hopefully i can get out of the 250's.

      I thank you for the posting,as it gave me some support as to what will happen to me when I'm done.
