Whey protein

I'm now doing weight training 3x a week, cardio to burn fat the other days. I've incorporated whey protein into my daily diet-mainly in my shakes in the morning.

Pros? Cons?

    And it can leave you constipated. At least that's the effect it has on me.

    For me i only like to get about 30-35% of my protein from shakes and i try to avg 1g per goal weight.

    Also, i recommend nutek pro 5, 33g per scoop, 145cals and has casein. They make a "for her" version
