...and this garbage is why it's very important for people to educate themselves.
I like how he also got fermentation and purification completely confused....they aren't interchangeable. /facedesk0 -

Despite the laughs being generated, it has been my experience that if I stop eating at a decent hour such as 8pm, combined with a light cardio workout first thing in the AM, my losses are quicker.2

OMG that is my time zone! I just wonder how the U.S. people on the East Coast will not eat anything after 2 PM then.2
-
But why I poop @ 10 pm! My intestine is a special snowflake4

Nowadays I generally go to bed around 8-- because I have to wake up at 3:30-- and so I generally try to stop eating no later than 6. This eating schedule works very well for me, and I do most of my eating between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. However, I used to be on a completely opposite schedule when I worked overnights at a hotel... :P1 -
Psaw, that's easy. I'll just fly around in my private jet, constantly skirting time zones to keep within the happy 8 PM limit.7

Sometimes I feel like I have a crew of little people clambering around in my intestines.1 -
Its osmosis jones shutting things down2 -
I think there is some evidence for working out fasted in the am for greater fat loss but by not eating after you're probably just cutting out extra calories.
I wonder what happens to your intestine if you change time zones, does it take a while to adapt1 -
Well... guess I should be dead.2

What happens if I'm on a night shifts? DO I have to wake up to eat? :laugh:2 -
Not sure if serious...0

8:00 pm in which time zone?
that's what I was thinking. Half the population of the world will have to only eat at night  :noway:
ETA: and what about going back in time to warn all the Homo erectuses of this, in order to save the human race. How can we explain the concept of "8pm" to our evolutionary ancestors?  :indifferent:1 -
So then what happens when daylight savings kicks in.... *PANIC* X_X1

This thread is all win.1

drink water 30 minutes to one hour after meals to allow the food be digested in its real state as water dilutes the nutrients.
I just about died laughing.1 -
Now it all makes sense. the intestines are shift workers. Got it.2
-
Will we turn into Gremlins? :laugh:2
-
lol nothing shuts down at all, most people stop being active at night which is why it is recomended to not eat after a certain time1

You can counter this and eat what you want after 8pm as long as you have a sacred Unicorn horn in a 18k gold box.1
