Hoping for a little tough love please! I started using My Fitness Pal four weeks ago, and have lost 9 lbs in that time. I've been really proud of my progress, good healthy food and lots of exercise. I've about 40 lbs to lose in total.

BUT I have had a bad four days, and facing into another week I can't seem to get my motivation back. I've been eating chocolate, bread, peanut butter and potato chips for days, and haven't exercised. I don't mind a few bad days, but I really need to start off tomorrow fresh and get another few good, solid weeks under my belt.

So what's the magic trick? When your low energy, not motivated, and generally can't be bothered?
