Tdee- total daily energy expenditure. The amount of calories you use each day. It's usually calculated as an average, as clearly it varies from day to day.
Bmr- basic metabolic rate . The amount of calories you would use doing nothing all day.
Nov- non scale victory- a win other than scale numbers eg fitting into smaller clothes, a compliment0 -
