Your body doesn't work on a perfect 24 hour clock, so why not log your evening's exercise the next morning?0

You could do this. Eat a bit after your workout than use the rest for the next day. Or, log your exercise earlier in the day and work calories around that. If you know in the morning you will have those extra calories you can fill them throughout the day instead of worrying about them later at night.0
