I'll be completing insanity in 2 weeks and wondering what I should do next. I strive on routine and structure, and whatever I do next will be mixed with training for a 10k in early may. I was thinking of Cha Lean extreme or NROL4W?

Maybe I'll add, I have access to a gym at work but limited time on my lunch hour. Otherwise I only have my living room with a few free weights, and the outdoors for running bliss.0
