New stopping point, new pace- advice needed.

Ok so I'm going through something new...(new for me) my lungs are no longer my stopping point(I'm 25, but I've been a regular smoker since b4 it was legal).... I don't quit running when they(my lungs) start screaming...I don't stop half way through my work out because I can't breath.. they haven't really been screaming at all, or at least is so much less defined than when I was smoking that I just don't recognize it...

So my problem is, I don't really know when I should stop, or maybe I don't know how to really push my body to it's max, instead of my lungs' previous max point. I know it gets mediocre at some point... I just don't really notice. I'm really working on my endurance since my muscles should be the stopping point, but...I'm not feeling the omg I need to stop now...

I am doing 30ds every other day, in addition to walking/jogging with my daughter and our large pup and doing zumba(kinects) at home. I also visit the gym for yoga(aiming for 2x week, but I just started), resistance training(cybex machines and dumbbells ranging 10-20lb), swimming(aiming for 2x after yoga, but just started), HIIT on arch trainer.

This probably makes no sense, but if anyone knows what I'm talking about, tips, advice, please. :)

Any ex smokers who quit smoking and started working out at about the same time?
