Confused! Please help!

I went to inlaws for dinner i dont exactly know what the brand names for supper were! It was a hone cooked meal!
How do i know calories on that? Heres what i ate
3 tbsp of cooked purple cabbage
2 tbsp of carrots and peas boiled with margarine in it
1 dumpling with about 2 tbsp of homemade gravy
Maybe 2 bites of roast beef
1 glass of red wine
I know thats alot! But i need to add it to diary!!!!
Any sugestions on the calories either all together or each individual?

    i'd just add everything in one by one... if its not exact for one day, it won't kill you.

    Its alot for me.... Im working at getting on a healthier track with more food! Slowly but surely!!
    I pretty much calculated everything but the roast beef i cant figure that one out theres to many kinds to choose from!

  • If it really REALLY was 2 bites of roast beef, I wouldn't worry maybe count that as 1/8th or 1/16th of a serving unless you know FOR SURE it equaled to half a serving or a full serving.

    Im starting to get in a healthy habit and have been told to
    Start adding fiber and more healthy foods and i am going to do that!
