So I lost 25 lbs eating about 1300 calories a day but now my goals have changed. i dont need the scale to go down anymore but i really want to tone up since i think i lost a lot of muscle (even tho i DID do weights throughout my weight loss). im starting NROLFW tomorrow and want to know if i still need to count cals since my goal is to just look more toned and maybe lower body fat (without the scale going down). any thoughts on this? thanks

if you're not looking to lose and will be starting to do more lifting i would recommend still counting (at least for a little while) to make sure that you're eating enough calories and that the macro breakdown is reasonable0
