I go to school, tafe and work two jobs so im usually busy all day everyday. I was just wondering if there were any easy, HEALTHY options to eat rather than goto maccas on the way home. I need to lose 7kg. so im trying to exercise as much as possible too. thanks!!!

I also have a really crazy schedule (40 hour job, two college classes, and I also run a wedding business). I found that what works best for me is to pack all my food with me. I have a soft-side cooler and just fill it up! On Sundays I prepare and portion out all of my meals for the workweek (M-F) and on the weekends I kinda just eat whatever. You can see in my food diary that during the workweek my diet is pretty consistent. Hope this helps!0
