Why am I not sore after plyometrics

It has been over 24 hours since I did the second week of p90x plyometrics. Last week I could barely walk or bend my legs for three days. My legs definitely feel a lot stronger and tighter but do not hurt much at all. I put way more effort into this week and could last a lot longer in my exercises. Its just weird that it doesn't hurt

    Agree with the above. And it means you're getting stronger and building muscle. Way to go, keep up the great work!
