Help Please!!!

The Easter Bunny brought me The Biggest Loser Cardio workout and The Biggest Loser Strength Training. My ? is what are the calories burned on the levels on the Cardio workout. I did level 1 tonight and it about kicked my butt:noway: I did stay with but I had my moments that I wondered if I was going to be able to finish it. I really like it. I have been doing Walk Away The Pounds videos and I thought a little bit of a change would be nice.

    Hmm, I wonder if they could answer that question if you go to the biggest loser website...another suggestion would be to select something similar in the database and use those numbers...sorry not much help but way to go!!!!!!!!!!!!:flowerforyou:

    I would choose low impact, & minutes for the level one. When you don't know its better to underestimate. Sounds fun!
