Hello, everyone!

Hi! Just wanted to introduce myself. I just joined a few days ago in hopes of getting over a plateau. I'm very interested in health and fitness but no amount of knowledge will force me to reach my goals. I very easily become complacent and slide back into bad habits (aka eating chocolate 24/7 and skipping workouts.) Hopefully this will get me to the next level! I love weight lifting, dancing and cooking healthy foods....and can't wait to get better, look better and feel my best yet!
