are you netting 1260? if not the you should be.

if you are only 3kg from goal, you should reduce the deficit to losing half a lb per week anyway.

the closer you are to goal, the smaller the deficit you need.
  • How are you feeling? Your body is a better barometer than us. With all that walking drink loads of water too

Not over doing it at all. Make sure youre netting 1260. Meaning eating your exercise calories back. Also I agree with the above poster at having your loss set at .5 pounds per week.

You're not overdoing the exercise, so long as you're eating back your exercise calories. Unlike other systems, MFP does not include your formal exercise in your activity level (gym, not walking) so record these and eat back the extra calories it gives you. As you're close to goal, have your MFP settings to lose 0.5lb a week - you'll probably get a little more to eat. Make your diary public if you want more informed advice :flowerforyou:
