I love this workout. I would say in the grand scale of things it's capable of kicking a lot of people's *kitten*0
-
Thanks for replying. Think it might kill me ha! :happy:0
-
It might at first but it's worth the struggle.....0
-
Do you do it regularly? x0

jimmyalice198 is right, BFBM is a great cardio workout, before I started Turbo Fire I did it once or twice a week, now I do it on my TF rest days with a combo of strength training. It is definitely worth the struggle.0

I love BFBM. It takes 53 minutes and burns about 525 calories for me. It's a great cardio workout. It's tough, especially as you get towards the end and you really have to dig deep just to finish the workout. I do it about once a week (usually on the weekend when I have more time).0

I love this workout! I do it 2 days and then alternate with either 6week 6pack or if I'm pushed for time, 30 DS level 2 or 3. Then another 2 days BFBM and again alternate with the other DVD's. I try to work out 6 days a week.0

Ive only ever done about 25 mins of it ha! So I have fished it out to do it alternative weeks with a dance DVD. I have logged it as general circuit training? Is that going to be about right in calories or will it be more, anyone know?0

I walk everywhere the 4 days I am at work so, was going to combine the 5 miles with BFBM one day a week. Don't want to push myself, I know if I make it realistic then I wont give up ha! Go you! Couldn't work out 6 times a week. Aiming for 4 and then watching what I eat the other 3. Seriously good commitment!0

I though this one was great! No More Trouble Zones is pretty good too.0
-
I do that one at least once a week, but I also do No More Trouble Zones, 6 Week 6 Pack, Tae Bo Advanced, Keli Roberts Step it Strong, and a real oldie Cher A New Attitude, (the abs section is really good).
At first all are hard but you get stronger and have to add elements to make them more challenging eventually.0 -
Definitely a killer workout! I go to this one when I'm in need of a good *kitten* kicking!0
-
Ah seriously ladies making me dread it but crave it! Guna pound it Wednesday, will have to let you know how I got on ha! Was going to do it tomorrow but having my hair done after work, completely forgot and kinda wish I wasn't ha! That's unheard of.0

I used to alternate this one with no more trouble zones. It is a great cardio workout for sure!!!0
-
I thought I'll do BFBM for a few weeks and then start No more trouble zones and alternate all of them. It is incredible how fast you get stronger. Yesterday I felt like doing level 1 of 6 week 6 pack, because I remember how I enjoyed it when I was doing it for 3 weeks. I really suffered back then. When I did it yesterday, it was really easy and I felt I didn't even workout too hard! I love Jillian's DVD's!0

Yeah it's an *kitten* kicker. An ideal next step from 30 day shred. Even better do both, I think BFBM is 40 minutes (excluding warmup) so with a shred session nice little 60 minute workout.0

Its killer!!! I alternated it with the 30 DS and had good results...0
-
Maybe I miss something, but what does BFBM stand for.0
-
Banish fat, boost metabolism is what it stands for.
Pretty intense cardio workout. I have trouble finishing it.0 -
Thanks. I have Ripped in 30 (which I have restarted today), No more Trouble Zones and Killer Legs (which I have misplaced). I will be doing 30/60 minutes on my bike with Ripped in 30 (that's my intention).0

I ♥ this workout. It burns a lot of calories and is a great cardio! But I ♥ all of Jillian's video's, other than the ones designed for Wii, not too crazy about those as a workout, but ok as a game to get a burn.0

Just wanted to bump this up with the link in case people didnt know it is free online

I LOVE this workout. It is great for days where I am too sore to do lifting but want a great workout.0 -
Okay, after taking one rest day, I am trying to build up some courage to do BFBM again this afternoon... This hot weather doesn't make it easier either!0

I am super proud of myself! Today I did BFBM without taking any breaks!! Wow, now I am exhausted!! I aimed quite a few 4 letter swear words in the direction of the TV, so it's a good thing Killian couldn't hear me!0

Great job!! Keep on doing it, it feels sooo good when you can manage those 180 jumps with your knees bent deeper, the sumo squats with the jump, you just know that your leg strength has increased and remember all that squatting and jumping and kicking is working your abs too if your form is right. I still want to lose a good bit more weight but my body looks so much better since I've been really giving it all I've got in my workouts :drinker:0 -
Yeah, those circuits 3 and 5 are killers!!0
-
I did the first 3 circuits of BFBM and it's a killer workout. Going back to 6w6p on Monday0
-
I'm alternating BFBM with some of my other Jillian Michaels DVD's and today I did 6w6p level 2. I think it is actually harder than BFBM, even though it is not so long.0
-
BFBM is an awesome cardio workout! Love it...but Circuit 6 is a mess!0
-
Did BFBM again today and yeah, that circuit 3 and 6 just about kills me. I am surprised at how strong I'm getting though. It kicks my butt, but I can do it now without taking any breaks!0
