Trying So Hard But....

I don't seem to be losing weight for a few weeks now but my clothes are getting baggy...
I'm guessing the inches are going?....
Friends say I'm losing weight but I really can't see it.

Please feel free to add me Perfect5578 and maybe you can look at my dairy and give me some tips?.

Have you measured yourself with a measuring tape?

It's always good to weigh yourself and measure yourself, because you could be losing inches but gaining muscle as well. When I did the 30 Day Shred, I lost inches...not weight because I was also gaining a little muscle.

Don't just focus on your scale weight. The fact that your clothing is gettig looser means that you're doing something right! Scale weight is such a flimsy way to measure progress

Thank you both and I will measuring from now on.

I've always had a muscly frame and hold more than fat.
Maybe this us why it's harder?

Coliemarieale is correct, there will be times when your weight may stay the same but you are losing inches. Your weight will bounce around up or down depending on so many things, ex: water, TOM and etc. Try not to base all your progress on weight loss, a not scale victory (NSV) is a good thing. If you are not going up in weight by a large amount and you are seeing inches disappearring, celebrate that win. If you stay focused on your healthy eating and exercise, you will start getting healthy first and secondly you will lose lbs and inches. Enjoy your new lifestyle and good luck on your awesome journey.
