I hope you are feeling better soon Ruth.
Try not to eat crap - it won't make you feel any better.
kind regards,

I crave healthy foods even more when I'm not well. Homemade chicken soup is a definite must and also soft boiled eggs with toast soldiers. Feel better soon x0

From someone who stayed sick with allergy infections for over a year:One tsp of fresh ginger, while spicy, will help your stomach with the blasee feeling. Clear broth Asian soups (think vietnamese and Japanese) and hot tea are also effective in consistent doses. Also, treat your symptoms! Don't be one of those people who doesn't take medicine--the more miserable you are, the longer you will stay sick (it's the truth). Call a good independent pharmacy for their recommendations. I am totally empathizing with you right now baby0
