Please check my food

I just started using MFP to help me lose weight. I am not sure if i'm eating correctly, so I would like if some people would check how I am doing food wise.

If your exercise burn is what you think it is (heart rate monitor gives the most accurate estimate, machines and MFP estimates are often over), then no, you're nowhere near eating correctly. Your net calories (what you ate minus what you burned in exercise) for the days you logged:

    Tuesday: 785
    Wed: 1182
    Thurs: 882
    Fri: 722
    Sat: 773
    Sun: 1318

Most days you netted 700-900 calories--that's not enough for your body to function properly. If you absolutely MUST set your calories to 1200/day, eat every one of them and all of your exercise calories. If you set your calories to 1200 out of impatience or because you weren't sure what you should do, try looking at this post so you can better tailor your eating to your long-term goals: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

    Best of luck!
