I am not only trying to actually GAIN a few lbs and get some lean muscle (currently 112 want to be 115) I put for exercise I planned to work out 30 min/6 days, gain .5lb week. It told me 740/week calories to burn then, but I am at 517 already for the week and I have only been logging since Monday. So do I keep up my cardio anyways if I go over the 740 or should I maybe switch to strength for the rest of the week?
also being as I am trying to gain first till I get to 115 then maintain do I eat my exercise calories too?
Thanks in advance!
Candice

If you Google the different eating plans you can get more of a idea of what is suggested but the Calories and intake percentages are consistent with other literature on that subject. Its a very in depth subject if you go to this link you can find TONS of info.
