Near the finish but stuck !

Hello I'm Philip , I have been using the calorie counter app since June or July 2012 , I've lost 60 pounds from 240 to 180 but my goal weight is 160-165 . I have been stuck on 180 for a while and it just doesn't seem to go down(Plus I still carry a lot of fat ) ? My calories per day is 1600 and I jog every second day about 6K but yet nothing seems to be going down in the scales . I'm considering joining a gym and sweat it out more but do I really need to , Owe a lot for the app helping keep within my calorie in take . From wearing XL to Medium In shirts I cannot complain :)
But any idea on losing the extra bit of weight ? So close to the finish line !

    I am at the same junction, my friend. Lost 85 pounds but struggling with the last 25 so I'm hoping to see if anyone here posts some good tips. :)
