Plateau For A While - Do my goals look right

I am trying to loose 7lb and I've I'm going on to my 5th week of Turbofire but had no weight or inch loss in the 4 weeks. I'm now tracking my diet on here to iron out where I'm going wrong.

Using the info on the site my current goals are set for a weekly weight loss goal of 1lb on macros of 40%P/40%C/20%F:

Net Calories Consumed* / Day - 1,400 calories/day
Carbs / Day 140 g
Fat / Day 31 g
Protein / Day 140 g

Between turbo fire and walk to work I burn between 300 - 500 cals a day according to my HRM calculations.

I am 5ft 1, 33 years old and a size 8 - 10. I've been sticking to the TF programme and ordered Chalene extreme as my former PT said I need to start lifting.

Anyone able to advise?

    So you eat 1700-1900?

When starting a new workout your body needs to get used to it and you will retain water weight and not shed weight right away.. and 4 weeks is a very small time to expect results.. If your food is right the rest look good.

Is it your last 7? Then you will need to change weight loss goals to 1/2 # a week. And it will be slooowww. But heavy lifting can cause some awesome inch loss...

    this!

plus your fat goal looks a little low, whats your macro split?
  • Yes when I put my calorie burn in MFP I eat to that limit so around about 1700 - 1800, set to 1400 cals on restdays. My calculations had it at 1200 as my BMI is in the right range so I added a couple hundred more on because TF is mainly cardio.

My split is 40% Protein, 40% Carbs and 20% Fat although at the moment still trying to balance my meals so it is more like 30%/50%/20% on bad days.

Yes it is my last 7lb, I've never been massively overweight, max was just under 1 stone which is what I'm cutting back down from.
