    oatmeal isn't paleo but all purpose flower and baking soda are?

    what group did you post that other topic in that is the same pic? want to join it.

    Flour is not Paleo if it's from a grain.

    That's my personal blog, most of the recipes on there are not paleo, as I only started paleo 10 days ago.

    You can join the paleo group on here and there are lots of discussion boards on there
