Everyones body reacts differently. Maybe your clothes have shrunk over time. Have you gone out and tried on some new clothes to see how they are fitting? I was feeling kind of the same way and I went out and tried on pants and was so surprised. What kind of exercises are you doing? Just cardio or are you also doing strength training? Weights will help streamline things.0

It took a while with my pants at first, because my pants had been so tight to begin with. I didn't realize it at first, but that was the case with me.
Also - you might be losing all over your body, so it's not obvious in your pants yet. Don't give up!0 -
If you're cutting calories severely and not lifting weights (don't know if you are or not), part of your weight loss could be muscle mass.0

Agree!!! I use to do just Cardio. When I started doing weights my whole body changed.0 -
Make sure you have a decent scale. When I first started....I thought I was 20 something pounds less than I really was. I was using a cheap scale at home and one day I checked my blood pressure at work and it was one that does total body measurements including weight. I thought it had to be wrong. So I went and found another scale. I could not believe it. So...make sure you have a good scale.
Clothing stretches over time and with wear. Go try something new on and see how it fits.0 -
My trainer at the gym told me that we tend to lose from the top down. You've likely lost weight in your face and upper body too. Are you wearing the same size tops? Try on a size smaller and see how they fit. I really noticed the loss in my face first, then my chest, and finally hips and waist. After nearly a year (working out 2 times a week) I've lost only 4.5 inches in my waist. But I've also dropped 40 pounds and 5 pant sizes (from a size 18 to a size 8) in that time.0
