Profile settings and calories/exercising - HELP

When filling out my profile is it okay not to fill in how many times a week I plan on working out and for how long? I seleted light activity and that I want to lose a pound a week. It gave me a daily goal of 1590. I do Zumba 3X per week. Once I figure out how many calories I burn doing that should I just eat back those calories? Any advice would be very helpful. I'm a bit overwhelmed and lost.
