Well I started really working out and eating clean at the beginning of January. I have been great about working out and eat pretty good about 70% of the time. I felt like I was not seeing the results I wanted to see as quickly as I expected. I just figured it was due to my diet. I did notice my clothes were looser, but nobody around me seemed to notice. Well just this last week I feel like I have made a breakthrough. I had several people at work tell me that I looked like I had lost some weight, and I could really see the change in the mirror. I just looked smaller overall. That really motivated me that all my hardwork was starting to payoff. So if you are discouraged and not seeing the results you want just keep at it. You body will eventually catch up. It took about a month before I noticed a difference in my clothes and it took another month before everyone else started noticing. Oh and I do not weigh myself. I find it to be discouraging. I just go by how my clothes are fitting me. When I get down to a certain size I will then step on the scale.

Does anyone else not weigh themselves? Do you find it to be beneficial?

I've weighed myself twice since starting at the gym, once on my 1st day there and once two weeks later, just to get an idea of where I was starting from. I have decided that I will no longer weigh myself.

After the first week, I noticed my clothes were a little tighter (especially in the booty area). I assumed this was just water my body was hanging on to. Now, my clothes are back to fitting normal and I have noticed that I am now sitting and standing straight which is helping the appearance of my stomach. No other changes yet but I only just officially started going to the gym 3 weeks ago.
