    eat NET 1600 workout days, 1600-1700 calories rest days
    *have a job where I am on my feet 36 hours per week
    Example week:
    Mondays: pole fitness 30 min& swim 30 min
    Tuesdays: C25K run/walk 35 min, heavy weights 30 min
    Wednesdays: elliptical 35 min or Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD
    Thursday: C25K run/walk 35 min, heavy weights 30 min
    Friday: rest
    Saturday: hike, cross country ski, or other "fun": outside activity for 60-90 minutes, weights 30 minutes
    Sunday: rest

    I am going to find a way to add yoga or other flexibility-enhancing exercise into this routine.
