Calories for weight training?

Hello, we are new to this program and are just finding our way around the site. So this might be a dumb question, but do you get "credit" or calories burned when you do weight training? It doesn't show up when we input what we did. Thanks for the help.

Look under cardio exercises for "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)."0

Julia, the reason they don't give calorie credit is that it's difficult to standardize it. With cardio you can say "the person is this big, they did this much, they probably burned this" and be close with a reasonable degree of error.
That's much more difficult with weightlifting given how different we all are in terms of size, strength, muscle mass etc.0
