too much protein - not enough carbs

Hi! I'm brand new to MFP and am doing fine staying within total calories. The one problem I'm having is - I'm going over on proteins and I'm under on carbs. Will this stall weight loss?

    It's probably a good thing. Most here agree that MFP's standard calorie ratio allows too many carbs, not enough protein. So, keep up the good work!
  • This will increase weight loss. In simple terms, carbs hold water, and depleting carbs also depletes water.
