Plateau help!

Info: Female, 5'7", 161.4 lbs
I have been hovering around the same weight (161.4 lbs) for a week now. I was just reading another plateau thread and learned about a maximum sodium intake. My salt intake for the first 3 days of this plateau were great (I think) - between 600-900 mg of sodium. For the past 4 days my sodium has been been over 1200 mg (around 1800 mg). So I'm unsure if my sodium intake is the problem. I'm going to lower my intake though... to keep it below 1000.
I'm still worried that is is not the problem. I am wondering what else I can do in case decreasing my sodium does not work.
I read about calculating my TDEE... Is there a weight gain period when I increase my calories? And when should I switch back to 1200 calories a day?
What about intermittent fasting? Any success stories?
Thanks for the help and support!

One week is simply not enough time to declare a plateau. Our bodies retain water for any number of reasons (hormones, exercise, stress, time of the month, sodium). You're going to have weeks where you do everything right and don't lose or even gain. Give it some time to work.0

161 is witin your healthy weight range. Now you have to get serious. If you try to take on your body in a hand-to-hand match, you'll lose. Your body has a rock in its glove.
Eat a lot more, for one thing. Do some resistance training and cardio. Sleep 7-8 hours a night. Log every bit you eat and everything you drink. Use a digital food scale.0
