Caloric Cost of Growing (teenager stuff)

Hey what's the caloric cost of growth in absolescent's? Scooby's workshop said for ages 16-17 it was about ~60 calories and then at 18 it drops to about ~20... Any light on this subject?

I realize that puberty in guys doesn't stop till about 20-21 depending on the person
