Hi, I'm Jammie! I love running! I hate running! lol It hurts, but feels so good afterwards. I've been running off and on for several years now. I've done 7-8 5k's. My latest one in February, and I got my best time; 40.22. I was psyched. I have another one coming up and it has been several weeks since I was running regularly, so I'm hoping to get back into this week. I am actually considering training for a half marathon later this year.

Also, I'm trying to get pregnant and would love to lose some weight.

    HI!
welcome, and best of luck with the running! I am there with you, love it, hate it, love it. I am running a 10K in May and I just want to finish in under 70 mins, but I dont think that will happen!
Good luck with your goals! :flowerforyou: ( the baby one too!)

Welcome! I was like you awhile back where I loved to run but it hurt. The high you get after going for a nice long run is heaven...LOL. I just kept up with it and next thing you know I had a few 10K races and two half marathons under my belt. I think the half marathon is my distance I like to run but I will try to run atleat one full marathon in Jan 2011 *Walt Disney World). If you near any advice about running, give me a shout...I have done tons of reading plus I have many friends that run marathons and compete in triathlons.

Welcome! I've gotten into running recently myself. I've only done a 5K once in my life and it was tough but I loved it! I'm trying to get better at running so that maybe one day in the near future I can do another 5K or longer. Good luck! You're at the right place.
