Alright so hello MFPallers, Im Zonadow and Im a 15 year old girl. I've lead a stressful life with my father being a pothead and my mother being an (ex, now) alcoholic and myfamily being poor. I never thought the stress ever got to me but in truth it didn't - it got to my belly-.- Last year I weighed in at 214, and that's the last record I've known of my weight, so I'm going by that.
Lately I've been feeling horrible about my weight ( I can barely run 20 feet without without spraining my ****ing ankle with my weight ) and a week ago was my grandmothers birthday...and my aunt told us how she lost weight with a simple diet of straight up fruits and vegetables and carrot juice. So me and my mother started too ( me with the encouragment of my daddy, Tim, my father figure in FL -found this place through his suggesting- ) and so far with the week I've been on it and the 3 days I've been using the Ab Lounge Sport, I've lost about 2 pounds :3

I plan on pressing my mother into getting a weight scale soon :3

And while you're here, please go to my profile, find my friends list and wish my daddy good luck on losing the weight needed to get into the US Air Force! He's a great man, we need more men like him, and he's been working desperately hard at it and i know he can do it! He's just a small bit away! <3

( I apologize for any spelling/grammar mistakes, I'm on my iPod touch at 2 AM. And just to clear things up, my daddy and my
biological father are two different people. My biological father is a politics-obsessed pothead dirtbag. My daddy, in my friends list, doesn't do drugs and is actually supportive of me :3)

Welcome. It's awesome that you are looking for healthy ways to lose weight. Look through different threads here. Don't forget the importance of protein and good fats in your diet too in order to build muscle and not just be "skinny". You'll find a good support system here, in addition to what you can find within your family.
