4th time's the charm :)

This is the fourth time I'm trying my fitness pal and this time I'm sticking to it. The first time I lost 20lbs, but changes in my life have just taken me completely off track. The second and third attempt were terrible, but this time I really feel that I have found my motivation.

I can feel my health steadily declining and I'm only 23. This is not okay, especially since I used to be so active.

I know I need to do better and my doctor says I really need to do better.

So here we go. Please feel free to add me, I would love the motivation and support and any tips if you have.
