NOT a weight loss success story...but MY success

Hi All! I just jumped over a major hurdle. In the past I'd start loosing weight, working out, feeling great - then something would happen. A vacation, my gym memership would expire, etc. It would take me weeks and months to get the motivation to get back on track.

Last week I was traveling for work and I spent four days on Bourbon street in New Orleans. I convinced myself to eat and drink whatever I wanted. No limits, no moderation, no exercise and no MFP. Today I desperately wanted to eat junk, I desperately wanted to skip the gym...BUT I pulled it together and went to a 50 minute spinning class - I'm a big girl, that was a chore!!!

Anyway, I just hope I keep it up the rest of the week and am happy that I didn't derail too long. That. Is. All.
