need motivators!

I am 17 and 5"4. I started at 236 pounds in August and I am currently at 189 pounds. I have done it all myself but the last couple of weeks I have slipped and put on six pounds. My motivation was lacking, i would wake up positive and by 5-6pm i was raiding the cupboards. Today I knew I had to get back to weight loss as I am going to Rome for my 18th and dont want another holiday spoiled with me crying about how I look in holiday clothes. I have ate healthy today and am going to kettlebells shortly and walking the 1.5 miles home. I want people I can talk too, my boyfriend is a good help as he has diabetes so has to watch his sugar but he is not overweight so doesn;t fully understand my struggles. I get barely any support at home and feel that the lifestyle my Dad and his partner have, affect my food choices as they are VERY unhealthy.
