Toning/Lifting exercises at home

Can someone please recommned a DVD, routine, website, whatever to incoportate toning/lifting into my exercise routine?

    I started 30 day shred today. You can find it on YouTube or buy the DVDs. It was pretty difficult. I got through the whole routine but just barely.

    When I started lifting the first thing I did was Cathe Friedrich Muscle Max DVD. It was a decent recommendation. Can't say I still do it, but it got me started.
